Carlee manages a team of seasoned estimators and is responsible for all proposals for HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping projects. She is proficient in all stages of mechanical estimating including preliminary budgets, competitive plan and spec projects, and change orders. Carlee holds a Master HVAC license in the state of New Jersey and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. With 11 years of experience at Mid-Atlantic Mechanical, Carlee continues to push the limits by being active as a mentor with Women in the Mechanical Industry, a founding member of the Women in Construction – Princeton Chapter and is the 2018 recipient of the “Top 25 Leading Women Intrapreneurs” in New Jersey.
