Our state of the art fabrication process incorporates 7 full time CAD operators utilizing the latest version of AutoCad in preparing coordinated 3D BIM drawings before downloading to our fully automated duct shop. Our Iowa Precision coil line incorporates TDF flanges and duct liner to minimize shop labor and maximize quality. Many of our stations incorporate the latest technology including our spiral duct machine and our 80,000 psi water jet machine that cuts Fiberglass and closed cell insulation at 1200 inches per minute! Our diligent emphasis on fabricating sheet metal from our own site has allowed us to offer the most competitive bids without sacrificing our standards for quality.
